3.Bearing installation elevation shall conform to the design requirements.Ensure bearing surface horizontal,and a supporting surface of four angular height shall not exceed 2mm. |
4.After the support approach,check packing list,Including parts list, bearing products certificate, bearing installation and maintenance rules, etc. |
5.Bearing installation should pay attention to the following matters: A:The bearing center line should be parallel to the main beam center line. B:The center line of the upper support plate along the bridge direction and the center line of the lower support plate along the bridge direction should be coincident,which angle should not exceed 5 'rad. C:When the supporting seat is installed, the upper and the lower support connecting plates are not loosened,to prevent the support from turning over a large corner.The connecting plate is removed after the beam body is installed,in order to prevent the normal rotation of the beam body. D:Removal of upper and lower support connecting plate,then SX and DX should be installed in a timely manner to the rubber dust cover. E:When the cast in place concrete beam is injected into the whole,remove connecting plate. F:Before installing the coaming,clean the stainless steel sliding surface carefully with the cotton thread,in order to prevent the dust from invading the surface of PTFE. G:Add paint for paint off part of bearing steel parts. |
6.Inspection and maintenance should be carried out regularly every year during the use of the bearing. |
